  "content": "<p>Can a team's submissions be kept on the leaderboard if they don't open source the code and don't collect the prize?</p>\n<p>Under section B.11, the winner obligations are prefixed with \"As a condition to being awarded a Prize\". It seems that it's fine to keep source code private as long as the winner does not try to collect any prize money.</p>\n<p>We want to open source the code but we are not sure if it's possible. It would be great if we are not disqualified because of it and have our entries removed as section B.10 seems to suggest could happen.</p>",

That is at the discretion of the competition host. </p>",
