      "content": "<p>When this occurs if you look in the bottom left View Active Events you will see your notebook has Queued status so it is not consuming any TPU.  Know in the notebook the time keeps updating but if you check your profile icon accelerator quota it is not changing.  Think TPU demand is always high at the end of the week.  Sort of wish they would stagger when people's quota ends/resets might help.    </p>",
