  "content": "<p>I do not know why there is internet connection enable/disable option on the notebook setting.</p>\n<p>however, when the internet is enabled during  committing notebook, then you can not submit the result, you have to rerun the notebook, totally wasting time and resources. why setup such an option   at notebook setting? or why not automatically ignore or disable internet connection for submission?</p>",
