      "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n<p>It's an artifactual glomerulus, probably due to a problem during pre-analytical phase (bad microtome cut). It's difficult to specify since there is no tissue, but it doesn't seem to be scleroatrophic.</p>",

In some cases, the Bowman's Capsule and his interior are displaced, some pixels ahead or lower; some, they are empty and others, the limits are so undefined that it is hard to define a glomerulis.  Im my opinion, they all shouldnt count for rank purposes. Probably, problems in the methods to create the cuts, once they were all obtained from healthy people. </p>",
