  "content": "<p>In previous competitions there has been confusion about licence compatibility, particularly with the GPL-3.0 licence. The rules simply state \"Open Source\". GPL-3 is considered open source but isn't copyleft compatible with other open source licenses such as MIT or Apache.</p>\n<p>Could the competition organizers or Kaggle kindly clarify which licences are permitted?
