  "content": "<p>Hello everyone, I keep getting \"Submission Scoring Error\". I am not sure why. One reason I can think of is that if my mask is empty (no blood vessels), my row in the CSV file will be as follows:</p>\n<p>idid2281337,512,512,</p>\n<p>Do you know what string encoding should be if the mask is empty? </p>\n<p>UPDATE:<br>\nSorry, I found my answer.
