  "content": "<p>I made a inference notebook which contains only the inference.<br>\nI have trained the ensemble of the mask RCNN by cascading.</p>\n<p>The notebook runs within 5 minutes, But the submission file takes 4+ hours,</p>\n<p>What can we say from this ??</p>",

First of all, I'm not really sure about my answer because it's my first competition also.</p>\n<p>Notebook runs over the test folder you have when you download data (only 1 tif image). Submission runs on the private rest data. The competition says that public score is calculated over 28% of the public data, there is a remaining 72%. So I don't know if submission time is only on the first 28% or over the 100% of test data.</p>\n<p>At my team, notebook execution is over 8-10 minutes and submission is +45 minutes. Maybe there is a corner case in your code that leads to poor performance. </p>",
