  "content": "<p>If we can't rebuild the original tissue on the private / public test , it might lead to poor performance of some models due to half-annotations / annotations not completely present in a single tile. </p>\n<p>Or does the tile_meta.csv already has the private/public test tile annotation information?!</p>\n<p>Any thoughts?  </p>",

It's a superset of the public version. I'll add a note to the data documentation to clarify.</p>",
