I saved and commited my notebook as a version. Although my code produced submission.csv and a folder, it says that \"No output files found\" when submitting to the competition.

\nThere are two ways two deal with this:
\n1.) You only want a public test set submission:
\nRead the sample_submission.csv and replace the IDs you generate with the IDs there but leave the other ones (the private IDs) untouched.
\n2.) You want a full submission:
\nAdd your image cutting (?) algorithm to the Notebook and do whatever you do to get the '../input/hpa-cut-images/encstring.csv' to all the images in sample_submission.csv

You should really use a GPU Instance instead of a CPU instance…
\nAccelerator: None, \nNo GPU found, using CPU\n-> in your Notebook outputs
\nAlso, there's no submission file present in your notebook outputs, so do your debugging until you can produce the required submission.csv at least in your public data running notebook

However, my GPU quota is over.
