  "content": "<p>Hi All,<br>\n      i am having trouble with submitting for this competition. i tried methods from the public codes by modifying them to my model prediction. the kaggle submission portal is not helping with decoding the errors. it keeps spinning for 2 days straight 😧. <br>\nhere are the following steps that i follow to make my local test score and add it with private submission.</p>\n<ol>\n<li>i generated maks for public test dataset</li>\n<li>encoded cell mask and saved it on csv file after decoding.</li>\n<li>run model to predict on individual cell and make them into prediction string by iterating over all 19 classes.</li>\n<li>save them all into the appropriate submission csv file.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>tried:<br>\nbase64_str.decode('ascii')<br>\nbase64_str.decode()</p>\n<p>pls provide suggestion.</p>",

      "content": "<p>A few days ago there was a problem with the Kaggle submission system. If your submission keeps spinning for two days then maybe that is the reason. Usually after 9 hours the submission shuts down and returns an error. Try submitting again and hopefully that will solve the problem</p>",
