  "content": "<p>Hi all,</p>\n<p>I have some questions about some labeled pictures in the train set, and how the ground truth would look like. </p>\n<p>Label 0:<br>\nHow good should the signal be for a cell to be labeled as 0? For instance looking at image 0a027b48-bba3-11e8-b2b9-ac1f6b6435d0, which is labeled as 0, wouldn't these cells be more likely labeled as negative (by a human)?<br>\nFurthermore, some images which are labeled as 0 only also have green dots with higher intensity. For instance image b469f804-bb9e-11e8-b2b9-ac1f6b6435d0. are these nuclear bodies (label 5)?</p>\n<p>Label 1:<br>\nHow do you distinguish between the nucleoplasm and the membran? Is it a necessary criterion that a thin circle is visible around the nucleon? If so, why is image 29b33868-bbc3-11e8-b2bc-ac1f6b6435d0 labeled as 1? Wouldn't this be more likely labeled as nucleaplasm only by a human?<br>\nIn which case would you label a cell as nuclear membran only? For instance in image e509a786-bba6-11e8-b2ba-ac1f6b6435d0, is this membran only or nucleoplasm + membran?</p>\n<p>Label 2 and 3<br>\nIn many of the pictures labeled as 2 or 3 only I can see also nucleoplasm and cytosol, for instance iamge 01b54382-bb9c-11e8-b2b9-ac1f6b6435d0. Is this true?</p>\n<p>Label 18:<br>\nWhy is image 86b7dec4-bba0-11e8-b2b9-ac1f6b6435d0 labeled as negative? By eye, I would label all cells there as 0 and 16.</p>\n<p>Thanks a lot in advance</p>",
