"content": "<p>Hello everyone, this is my first time participating in Kaggle. I downloaded the dataset and trained a model locally, obtaining some results. I tried to create a new dataset to submit the submission.csv file, but found that the upload button is grayed out and cannot be clicked. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Or please tell me the correct way to submit. Thank you very much.</p>",
