After running my notebook the subbmision file in the output folder looks like this: <br>\n<img src=\"https://www.googleapis.com/download/storage/v1/b/kaggle-forum-message-attachments/o/inbox%2F4157236%2F22bb656abd374a73d75eb3fd1c18a407%2Fsubmission_image.png?generation=1710322635210621&amp;alt=media\"></p>\n<p>However I'm still getting the following error:<br>\n<em>Submission Scoring Error\nYour notebook generated a submission file with incorrect format. Some examples causing this are: wrong number of rows or columns, empty values, an incorrect data type for a value, or invalid submission values from what is expected. See more debugging tips</em></p>\n<p>What am I doing wrong here?</p>",

      "content": "<p>I encountered the same situation, where there were no apparent errors in the test set, but after submitting, I received an error regarding the file format. I tried about 10 times, starting from submitting tables without depth==1, and gradually adding tables with depth==1, until finally including all tables with depth==2. Now, there are no more errors. The processing method for the data with depth==2 has been modified. However, I am still unclear why there were format errors before. I suspect it might be due to some case_id being lost or duplicated.</p>\n<p>Hope this helps.</p>",
