      "content": "<p>Hi,<br>\nI will not give you exact definition, but it's unpaid payment (one is enough) in certain time period. There is also some time tolerance (e.g. one day late is not default) and amount tolerance (if client paid $100 instead of $100.10).<br>\nNo other events have impact on our default/target (for example default of other/external loans).</p>",
