      "content": "<p>Hi,<br>\nto be honest, I don't know difference between rejectreason and rejectreasonclient, in our dictionary definition they are same.<br>\nDifference between rejection and cancellation:</p>\n<p>Rejection - client application is evaluated with result we don't want to provide loan, either due to low credit score, failed verifications, etc.</p>\n<p>Cancellation: there are 2 versions, a) cancellations by client and b) cancellation by Home Credit. A) typically means that loan application is approved, but client decided not to take the credit. B) usually means that we miss some piece of information (or detect some incorrect input, e.g. typo) during or after approval process, and for that reason application is cancelled. It doesn't mean client is evaluated as \"bad\", he/she can apply immediately again.</p>",
