I have observed (yesterday) that both commit and submit get queued equally.(i.e. even though your screen shot shows \"scoring…\" I believe it is queued.). Right now (2 hours ago) the queue is about 1 hour 45 minutes (for both).

\nThe queues seem to be clearing out (not empty, but trending down), so things should be getting better now!
My team submitted the most important final ensemble model 10 hours before the deadline which is expected to take more than 8 hours to infer. It seems difficult to start reasoning 2 hours after submission and choose between two final submissions before the deadline. Is it not possible to delay the deadline by 2 hours, as this seems to have inconvenienced many people?

Now I confirmed my job delayed more then 2 hours before running. From bj time 23:30 to 01:45, not sure if they could fininish before deadline.
