Is each row going by millisecond to millisecond (i.e. 1st row is 1 millisecond, second row is the second millisecond of the data being collected) or is it like second by second?</p>\n<p>Also for each row of the parquet file in train_eegs, are they going by 5ms at a time. What's the time component of this dataset? </p>",
