  "content": "<p>Hello Experts,</p>\n<p>I am having issues in submitting my notebook which is for my University assignment. <br>\nI tried creating  submission.csv and letting it submit from the notebook itself. It didn't work.<br>\nI also downloaded the file, and then uploaded it separately, that  actually took my submission giving me a public score of .76. But I cannot see myself in leaderboard.</p>\n<p>I would appreciate if anyone can help me in resolving this.<br>\nMrinal</p>",
