  "content": "<p>For me, Kaggle TPU is not enough to try many kinds of experiments.<br>\nSo I started to use Google Colab  + TPU.<br>\nThen, I download my dataset from kaggle with kaggle API to Colab.<br>\nBut Google Colab returned this error<br>\n↓↓↓</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>UnimplementedError: File system scheme '[local]' not implemented</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>Some web sites say like \"Colab with TPU needs GCS storage\".<br>\nIs it true?</p>\n<p>If you know the way to avoid the error and  to use my downloaded dataset,<br>\nPlease tell me the way.</p>\n<p>And if we must use GCS, please show good example or way to upload kaggle dataeset to  GCS  and connect Colab with GCS.</p>",
