"content": "
Hi, I'm almost beginner on Image Classification. Before I learn about 'MNIST digit classification', I'm challenging on this competition.
\n
First, I see some of notebook codes, and It has a lot of new concept, Arcface? Map@5 and etc? I search google for this concepts, and as I deeper, the more confusion comes. Also, I cannot understand what code want to say.
\n
To beginner for learning, should I copy the baseline code and adapt them? Or should I make every code? Maybe, May I do other projects before this competition? Where did I get start? I lost my path.
\n
Thanks for reading!
",

I think that is the hardest part-signing up.
\n
I would suggest, the simplest idea to remember is: Spend atleast 30 minutes everyday to improve your score and learn something new. Always focus on that-with that goal in mind, you can read kernels, implement things or understand blogposts but try to improve by 0.1%.
\n
One more important thing to remember will be: in the first few competitions, you will be competing against more experienced people so your score might not be the highest and you might be a bit behind on the leaderboard-remember to have fun and if you keep learning everyday, your ranks will start to improve too!
\n
Good Luck!
",
