  "content": "<p>I tried to convert measurement time by <a href=\"https://www.euspa.europa.eu/system/files/reports/gnss_raw_measurement_web_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">this </a>document 's instruction for each of <em>constellationType</em> and found that for constellationType=3 (GLONASS), the difference between converted value (tRx by the document) and <em>ReceivedSvTimeNanos</em> equal 𝑁𝑢𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑁𝑎𝑛𝑜𝑆𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑠𝐷𝑎y + transmitted time for some timestamp, which mean that I should use np.ceil instead of np.floor in dayNumberNanos calculation. What does this mean ?</p>",
