  "content": "<p>Hello. I'm trying to understand this competition data.<br>\nI wonder if what I understand is correct.</p>\n<p>If my guess is correct, there are two primary data. (Baseline location, Ground truth)</p>\n<p>(1) Baseline location (Variable)<br>\nbaseline location is an address that is occasionally updated. <br>\nIt is like a predicted location using the user's mobile connection on the base station.</p>\n<p>(1.A) Base station ---- user past --- (time flow) ---- user current?<br>\nIt isn't easy to find the user's location. Because the slow updates cycle and sensor's low accuracy.</p>\n<p>(2) Ground truth (Label)<br>\nGroundtruth is the accurate data obtained from the sensor on the vehicle.</p>\n<p>This competition aims to estimate ground truth based on the information (1) and other sensor information that can be collected by smart-watch, background app, and so on.</p>\n<p>The complex thing is that we don't know how users' location in the past affects the current site. <br>\nEventually, it is essential to obtain a (3+N)d map (speed, direction, uncertainty, and so on.) at each 2d location (longitude, longitude).</p>",
