However, you will ensure the External Data is publicly available and equally accessible to use by all participants of the Competition for purposes of the competition at no cost to the other participants. \"</p>\n<p>So can the post-processed, high-accuracy ephemeris and gridded iono delay estimates from igs.org be used (along with the satellite phase center offsets, etc. that need to be used with the high accuracy ephemeris)? That should blow any solution using the broadcast ephemeris out of the water!</p>",
