  "content": "<p>Guys, I am trying to implement a F-RCNN from scratch and have been running into trouble with the RPN, it doesn't find any bounding boxes, I have re-scaled the images and made sure I am getting a IoU with the anchor boxes, I am stuck at where you update the bounding box rpn. It just returns a bunch of zeros. If you have any insight onto what might cause this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Been stuck on this for a week now. Please let me know if you need any more info</p>",
