  "content": "<p>I somehow seem to recall there being a time when the 'Raw Data' download link on the public lb page contained the entire submission history grouped by team--is that right? In the past, we were able to create graphs showing the time-progression of a team. Currently when I download it, it seems to only have the single highest ranking sub for that team (identical to the displayed public lb). When did that change?</p>",
