  "content": "<p>Hello,</p>\n<p>This may have been asked before or elsewhere (I wasn't able to find it in the discussion): Are we allowed to use models with pretrained weights (torchvision with imagenet weights, etc) for this competition?  The rules speak of being allowed to use automated modeling tools like H20, automl, but I didn't find information on pretrained models. I would really appreciate clarity on this. thank you.</p>",

      "content": "<p>It is allowed per rule &amp;.C provided these pretrained models are made available to all competitors with an open source license.  It means you can use those available in public repos provided their license is acceptable for the competition.</p>",
