We are now less than a week away from the deadline for your working note papers. This is a gentle reminder so that you have plenty of time to finish the notes if you've forgotten about them :)

according to the timeline (https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/fungiclef2022/overview/timeline), the deadline for the working note papers is the 29 May 2022. However, according to the CLEF page (https://clef2022.clef-initiative.eu/index.php?page=Pages/instructions_for_authors.html), the deadline is the 27 May 2022. Which one is the correct one?

And a second question: should the working note paper submission already include a link to a github repository or is it sufficient when it is added to the camera ready version of the paper?

\nThe deadline for Snake and Fungi CLEF was 29 May. I'm glad you made it on time.

\n

About the code. You are supposed to provide the link in the first version as we want to check the reproducibility during the review process. If you miss that in your WN paper, you can resubmit it anytime. Reviewers will be notified about your resubmission.

Please, if missing, do it ASAP.
