  "content": "<p>Dear All,</p>\n<p>I want to invite you to participate in the Human - LifeCLEF 2022 Snake ID Challenge! We need humans (novices and experts) to identify the same images to compare humans with AI-based algorithms. This project will help you practice your snake ID skills and will also provide valuable data on which species are most commonly misidentified as which other species.</p>\n<p><strong>Through June 15th</strong>, you will identify 150 images of snakes from around the world. We'll publish bios of the top 3 IDers, and the top IDers get a book of their choice.</p>\n<p>If you decide to join, you will be shown a picture of a snake and its country of origin. Your task is to recognize the snake species. Use of google search or citizen science platform to identify it is expected. Any existing \"tool: is allowed with one exception -- Machine Learning-Based systems, e.g., Google Image Search, iNaturalist recognition tool, HerpMapper recognition toll etc.</p>\n<p><strong>More detail and link to the snake ID page at the end of the consent</strong> <a href=\"https://forms.gle/awongX8Fk3tX2zGG6\" target=\"_blank\">form/survey</a></p>\n<p>Please be sure to use the same email address for the consent form and the lab.citizenscience.ch website where the snake IDs are so that we can match your IDs with your responses to the survey.</p>\n<p>Thank you for considering your participation!</p>",
