      "content": "<p>Hi Dave1216,</p>\n\n<p>Thanks for pointing that out. This is not the result of a bad download, the 3 files are indeed corrupted probably due to a bad trans-coding operation. Nevertheless, these 3 sounds belong to the <em>padding</em> part of the test set (see <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/freesound-audio-tagging/data\">Data</a> section for more info) and can be safely ignored as the sounds won't be used to score the submissions.</p>\n\n<p>Thanks again for reporting and good luck with the competition!</p>",
