  "content": "<p>Dear admins,</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I wanted now to integrate the testweatherpartial_data into my codes. As well as eventually upgrade to version 4 of the simulator.</p>\n<p>When I want to download it ask me (in a pop-up) to accept the rules (&quot;You must accept this competition's rules<br> before you'll be able to download data files.&quot;).</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I click &quot;I understand and accept&quot;, then page reloads but at the top it says:</p>\n<p>&quot;You already accepted the rules on 7:18 am, Wednesday 4 September 2013 UTC&quot;</p>\n<p>And the pop up window is still there and I can't download anything!!!</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Please be so kind to fix this, as soon as possible!! If it is a hard bug, please send me a mail with the 2 zip files attached.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
