  "content": "<p>I think we should add the PHP License (version 3.01) as well to the list of Open Source licenses allowed.</p>\n<p>Just like the BSD, MIT, Apache 2.0 and Python licenses, the PHP License allows linking with code released under a different license and changes can be released under a different license as well.</p>\n<p>I also do not believe that the PHP license would grant or require GE to grant to any third party any rights to proprietary GE software, including software derived or developed from entries.</p>\n<p>http://www.php.net/license/3_01.txt</p>\n<p>I am interested in finding out what the administrators think about this.</p>\n<p>Any thoughts?</p>",
