  "content": "<p>Hello Everyone,</p>\n<p>The Final Evaluation phase of Flight Quest 2 is now open. Please visit the <a href=\"https://www.gequest.com/c/flight2-final\">competition pages</a>&nbsp;to obtain the data and make your final submissions.</p>\n<p>Note that you must have submitted your model code to the Main phase leaderboard (now closed) in order to be eligible for a prize. Team changes are no longer allowed, thus you must compete on the same team as on the Main phase. You will need to recreate your team and re-accept the Rules in order to participate.</p>\n<p>Please post any questions to the Final Evaluation phase <a href=\"https://www.gequest.com/c/flight2-final/forums\">forums</a>.</p>",
