  "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n<p>i assume that 'time' unit is 1Hour. since the time resolution is 1 min (in Train and test data), i expect to see in the actualLandings file time interval of 1/60 = 0.016667.</p>\n<p>i look on actualLandings_20130910_1803.csv which was provided.</p>\n<p>i see that this is the case but all are shifted with offset of 0.001758. why ?</p>\n<p>moreover , i understand that the cut_off time is 18:03. the first landing in &quot;KATL&quot; after this time was 18:04. so i expect the first entry of KATL to be at time of 0.016667, but i see 0.001758 (i.e. -1 min shift), why ?</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hi sparrow</p>\n<p>The exact cuttoff time has a resolution of seconds, for example, 2013-09-11 18:24:19 for the first date in the test set. You can find the exact cuttoff time in TestFlights.csv for all the test flights (or you can guess it from the offset that you found). </p>",

      "content": "<p>Thanks!</p>\n<p>although looks like that the cuttoff time on Sep10 was: 2013-09-10 18:03:<strong>53.6712</strong> ,a little bit strange...</p>\n<p>still there are some airports that are missing from the posted file, like: KFOK , KCPR....</p>\n<p>i still see some ,mismatches, but i guess this is due to some rounding to minute.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
