Is it right that the submission file should contain data for all flights that are listed in sampleSubmission.cvs and correspond to the data in &quot;FQ2 Partial Simulator Data with 1hr weather.zip&quot; ?&nbsp; Are all of these flights evaluated for the leaderbord core?</p>",

      "content": "<p>My innovation is to stop worrying about arrival times, and price the tickets according to time-plus-delta (e.g. For $200 - &quot;Leave no earlier than 9am, arrive at 13:00 +/- 40 minutes&quot;.&nbsp; For $280 - &quot;Leave no earlier than 9am, arrive at 13:30 +/- 10 minutes&quot;.)&nbsp; If you end up arriving outside of the booked time you get a credit if you overpaid, but don't get charged anything extra in any case.</p>\n<p>How the heck do I put *that* algorithm into a CSV file format!?</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hi Admins,&nbsp; Is it still the case that the submitted flights, as in the Milestone Phase,&nbsp;need only go to within 75 miles and &lt;= 18000 ft of the arrival airport?&nbsp; Then the simulator takes over, performs the landing and adds the extra cost to that of the submitted flight?&nbsp;</p>",
