"content": "
Hi.
\n
I live in Germany, but at my home I have a very unstable internet connection (can't download files without resume capability) . At university I have a better internet connection, however I can only get about 200KB/s when downloading the data from Kaggle. When I download from other hosts I can get about 1MB/s. The trouble is I can't stay for too long at the university just for downloading data from Kaggle with that low speed. My questions:
\n
+ Is the maximum speed for downloading data from kaggle about 200KB/s or it is my university's connection problem?
\n
+ Can I get access to download links that have resume capability and/or allow greater speed ? and how?
\n
Thank you very much.
",
