      "content": "<p>Hi Peter,</p>\r\n<p>We do not make the labels on test sets available for any of our competitions. Sorry about that, as I understand why you would want them for continued development and learning.</p>",

Making sure this takes effect only in the final submission was the tricky part, but I succeeded beautifully. (Timezones, of course. Now, that was predictable...)</p>",
