  "content": "<p>In the Leaderboard test data set, the present weather data in METAR folder have been clipped after each test day's cutoff time.</p>\r\n<p>However, the TAF forecast data in Other Weather folder are not.</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px; line-height:1.4em\">I guess that, for the final test, we are supposed to use only the TAF forecast which has been issued before the cutoff time.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px; line-height:1.4em\">Admin, could you clarify this?<br>\r\n</span></p>",
