  "content": "<pre>Ben,<br><br>\tSo far we have:<br><br>        The conditions for a flight to be included in the test set are as follows:<br>        <br>        (1) It took off and landed at a continental US airport<br>        (2) We received data for the actual gate and runway departure and arrival times<br>        (3) The runway arrival time was less than the gate arrival time<br>        (4) The flight was in the air at the cutoff time for the day<br>        (5)  Additionally, we are following Gabor's suggestion of filtering out flights<br>        where the runway departure occurred before the gate departure.<br>        (6) There shouldn't be any diverted flights in the public leaderboard set that you're submitting predictions on,and you won't be asked to predict any diverted flights in the final evaluation set.<br><br>\tYou you please confirm (1)-(6) are correct. Could you please additionally say how the below will be treated<br><br>\t   (7) Does (6) extend to redirected flights?<br><br>\t   (8) Some flights are showing up as cancelled and then there is subsequent activity.<br><br>   \t   (9) Some flights have a &quot;STATUS-Landed&quot; flighthistoryevent prior to the cutoff and so are not in the air post cutoff but<br><br>\t\tare then reporting actual runway arrivals so that they make it into to the test set.</pre>",
