  "content": "<p>Hello,</p>\r\n<p>I remember some post in forums was saying that we will be asked to predict flights which are:</p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>in the air at cutoff time </li><li>have both actual_gate_arrival and actual_runway_arrival </li><li>some other constraints. </li></ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Can someone remind me what that other constraint was? And is it possible to put that description at &quot;Data&quot; contest page? (or some other page)</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Thanks,</p>\r\n<p>Olexiy</p>",
