  "content": "<p>Hello,</p>\r\n<p>Are there any plans to add some sort of unique designation for each pilot, and information about the pilot's experience level for the different aircraft types or number of times they have previously flown each of the flight paths? Unless the flights are\r\n fully automated I would guess that those factors would have an impact on the estimates.</p>\r\n<p>My apologies if I missed something in the rules that said that the data set wouldn't change during the course of the competition - I'm new to this community and not familiar with how things work.</p>\r\n<p>Thanks!</p>",

      "content": "<p>I can't speak for the Kaggle staff, but I'm almost certain we won't be getting this information. Firstly, there are privacy concerns. With enough information, we may be able to identify individual pilots. Second, I don't think that the website this data\r\n comes from contains information on pilots.</p>\r\n<p>Anyways, the skill of most airline pilots converge, and would probably not have much of a noticeable impact on the arrival times. Just my two cents.</p>\r\n<p>Good luck!</p>",
