      "content": "<p>I'm interested in the answer too.&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>In the meantime, I've decided to use the location of the weather stations as a proxy for airport locations.&nbsp; The weather stations and airports are identified with the same ICAO code.&nbsp; For the small sample I checked, the coordinates of the weather station\r\n are next to or in the airport facility itself.&nbsp; At least according to Google Earth (and not the Apple Map app :-) )</p>\r\n<p>However, there are some airports in the flight history data that do not appear to be in the weather station data.&nbsp; I guess these are smaller airports do not have a weather stations.&nbsp; I don't have the data in front of me right now but I seem to remember the\r\n number of airports that do not have a weather station location is small.&nbsp; Maybe less than 1 percent for the sample of data I looked at.&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Right now my current plan, subject to change, of course, is to put in exception hadling code if I run across an airport w/o location information.&nbsp;</p>",

      "content": "<p>Just a quick suggestion.</p>\r\n<p>One could also &quot;deduce&quot; airport locations from asdifpwaypoint table - ordinal 0 should correspond to starting point (departure airport), ordinal N should correspond to end point (arrival airport). Although, this deduction needs cross checking with other\r\n tables...</p>",
