      "content": "<p>Looks like there is one more nuance with the &quot;received&quot; column in asdiposition.csv.\r\n</p>\r\n<p>The times reported in the training Rev1 data sets are expressed in &quot;US/Pacific&quot; time zone</p>\r\n<p>The times reported in the sample test data sets are expressed in &quot;UTC&quot; time zone.</p>\r\n<p>It would be better if the times are uniformly expressed in both the training and test data sets.\r\n</p>\r\n<p>However, I can deal with the two different time zone representations as long as it is consistent within each respective training and test data sets.</p>",
