  "content": "<p>Hello,</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>I've started looking at the data for 2012_11_13 and there are some strange things:</p>\r\n<p>Take the very first flight, id=<strong>280512544</strong>.</p>\r\n<p>flighthistory.csv says actual runway arrival is 2012-11-14 01:17:00&#43;00:00 (this is UTC).</p>\r\n<p>The very first line in flighthistoryevents.csv says:</p>\r\n<pre>280512544,2012-11-13 15:25:37.947-08,STATUS-Wheels Down,&quot;ARA- New=11/13/12 17:17, STATUS- Old=A New=L&quot;</pre>\r\n<p>So, this line says flight landed on 17:17 (UTC-08) -- exactly as the data in flighthistory. So far everything would be fine, but:</p>\r\n<p><strong>The timestamp for this moment says 15:25:37.947-08 -- which is BEFORE the actual landing happened.</strong></p>\r\n<p>The questions is: how should I treat this data? Or, maybe, am I missing something important? Thanks Olexiy</p>",
