  "content": "<p>Good morning,</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>i'm stuck with apparently a very stupid question but I followed and accepted the rules and guidelines and I downloaded provided datasets but...frankly...I cannot find a way to enter the competition and make a new team for me and my coworkers. There's simply\r\n no provided page for it, but there's not a closing-submission date in the rules. I'm wondering if i'm doing something wrong</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>tnx in advance,</p>\r\n<p>gabriele - italy</p>",
