      "content": "<p>I am assuming what they want to do is actually have people submit based on the final data without having a model that was built for the final data. The FB2 challenge's public leaderboard was working on about 25% of the final data (based on some quick experiments\r\n I performed).</p>\r\n<p>The same can't be done for this challenge. So they have to have the user submit the code. They make sure the users do not cheat by having them upload the model beforehand.</p>",
