      "content": "<p>After creating a submission file a few things have to be considered.</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>The size of your (compressed) file, usually 55MB (20MB)</li>\n<li>The Upload Speed of your Internet Connection (calculate how long the upload will take; monitor the porgress using a system monitor) - for me usually around 3 minutes for 20MB</li>\n<li>The scoring process (usually around 30 seconds) indicated by Kaggle web site by a progress bar</li>\n<li>The time to update and display the leaderboard (usually a few seconds)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Gerhard</p>",
