  "content": "<p>Sorry for taking so long. It turns out to be tricky to upload a submission as a host lol!</p>\n<p>Now the baseline is out! Because Kaggle has <a href=\"https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-public-and-private-leaderboard-in-Kaggle\" target=\"_blank\">an interesting public/private leaderboard rule</a>, we have a strange situation: 3 contestants already have beaten the baseline on the public leaderboard. However, on the private leaderboard (you can't see it), the baseline is still the highest by a small margin.</p>\n<p>Based on Kaggle's rule, we will go with the private leaderboard. In any case, vikash, Tanmay Ambadkar, and SIddhi Kiran Bajracharya are already within the striking distance of the baseline. Way to go folks!</p>",
