No need to ask kaggle for permission if worldview-3 allowed you to use the data.  Even, you can download the data from there. I did my master's thesis in this project that is at very last stage. \n<a href=\"http://worldview3.digitalglobe.com/\">http://worldview3.digitalglobe.com/</a></p>",
