It would not comply with the rule that your submission(s) are &quot;your own original work&quot; and also the restrictions on redistribution:</p>\n\n<p>&quot;Participants agree to use suitable measures to prevent persons who have not formally agreed to these Competition Rules from gaining access to the Data and <strong>agree not to transmit, duplicate, publish, redistribute or otherwise provide or make available the Data to any party not participating in the Competition.&quot;</strong></p>\n\n<p>This competition will have a more stringent analysis of the winners' reports. That's why we added the extra rule &quot;Winners must deliver documentation that clearly outlines the manual and automatic steps required to create the winning submission.&quot; e.g. If your report said, &quot;for image set 1, magic happens, then here's an answer&quot;, that wont be helpful to Draper and isn't in the spirit of the competition. <strong>This means that whatever manual analysis you do should be thoroughly documented!</strong></p>\n\n<p>We think this competition is interesting and pushes the boundaries of what's possible with ML alone, hence why we wanted to try the hybrid format. Keep the questions coming so we can be sure that everyone's on the same page with what's allowed and required.</p>",
