Steps to download include:  </p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Set up the kaggle api (create an api token put the corresponding json file in ~/.json).   </li>\n<li>Verify your phone number.  </li>\n<li>Join the competition and accept the rules.  (I can't remember if this is two separate steps).</li>\n<li>Click the late competition button and accept there.  </li>\n</ol>\n\n<p>Now, you should be able to download! </p>",
